To honor Crystal, we donated to over $2,000 to classrooms last February. We wanted to show you how the donations were used.
Dear Crystal Dezember Memorial Scholarship Fund,
Oh what fun it's been to bring the science back with us after our science rotation on Mondays!
The unit we just completed was about animal characteristics. We learned how to identify mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, and fish. In each category we explored what their skin is like, dry and scaly for reptiles vs. furry and hairy in mammals. What their babies come out as, whether it be living, like for mammals, or in eggs laid by the animal, for all other species.
We were able to make an animal classification booklet with folding tabs, pictures, cut and paste activities, and so much more!
I am forever grateful for your donation and I know my little scientists are too!
